biblio[bio] (2018)

As someone who finds inspiration from literature, design, and art, I like to draw connections between these fields. I wanted to visualize my bibliography of research and interests, so I decided to create a series of prints that published mundane publishing information about each of my book-based sources. On the back of these letterpress-printed pages, are transparency prints from actual pages I've annotated in each text, creating a justaposition between the impersonal and personal. On the front of these prints, you'll see mundane publishing information, and on the back, you'll see my personal marginalia from each text – almost intimate like a diary.

This series of prints hangs together with brass rings, suggesting connection and relation.
